I work on credit risk and portfolio analytics at Axis Bank, where most of my job is turning work that was done by hand into work that runs on a schedule. Outside it I build small, complete systems and put them online — a price index, a recommender, a reader, a few risk tools — and keep them running.

Risk Analytics

- Own the automation of risk MIS, moving legacy SAS processes onto self-service Power BI dashboards.
- Migrated 100+ legacy SAS tasks to PySpark on the Big Data Lake and automated the BDL → Azure flow through Informatica Cloud.
- Built PRISM 2.0, a consolidated risk-metrics and threshold-monitoring layer across income bands, application scores, FOIR, tenure and bureau data.
- Built a GenAI risk-intelligence agent that cleans ~6,400 corporate names from a ~3 lakh book and scores them 1–100 across 12 weighted dimensions against a 20-source knowledge base, to flag emerging and AI-disruption risk early.
- Brought Bitbucket, Jenkins and a CML sandbox into Risk Analytics with Data Engineering, and set the risk analytics roadmap.

Axis Bank
- Built a daily automated detractor closed-loop for Retail and Retail Assets, routing by loan ticket size — small to ASM, medium to RSM, large to ZSM — which moved NPS 5%.
- Built a fraud early-warning framework on MDM data, flagging high-frequency changes to customer mobile numbers, addresses and email IDs as leading indicators.
- Built a deduplication framework to consolidate customer records sharing the same officially valid document.
